Tjibbe advises clients and represents them in lawsuits on the infringement of intellectual property rights. He counsels them on the best ways of protecting and enforcing these rights (nationally and internationally) and draws up IP-related contracts, such as licensing and cooperation agreements. Tjibbe has wide-ranging experience of international IP questions, including parallel import, cross-border distribution networks and the coordination of international infringement cases. Tjibbe acts on behalf of large and smaller companies, including (operators of) various famous brands and retail chains, designers, advertising agencies and public bodies.
