Engineer for the pushbelt production process. - Daily monitoring of production line KPI's. Determining actions and priorities with other departments (production, quality, mechanics, logistic). - Responsible for improving and optimizing production process and/or operator handling. - Executing problem solving projects through different methods (8D, Shainin, Lean, Isikawa). - Monitoring and steering production based on customer demand, both on short term (weeks) and long terms (years). Including acquisition of new machines or shift tranfers. - Starting up new production lines and development of attached IT systems.
Implementation and execution of upgrade program in fully operational plant. - Optimisation of production flow and individual processing (milling-, coating, laser welding and measurement-equipment) - Responsible for daily process quality and continuity.
Research and design a new top level approach to regulate large amounts of traffic across multiple traffic light intersections. Reducing number of stops and waiting time.
Assisting the Health Research Department in combination with the North Shore Hospital to decrease waiting time for patients and improve theatre utilization for acute surgeries.
Assisting factory workers in day to day jobs. - Performing small mechanic maintenance. - Ensure continuous production. - Controlling incoming and outgoing goods.
