Heading up the Procurement & Compliance Group of UPS SCS in Europe, overseeing procurement of all 3rd party ground transportation, FSL's, PuDo's and Courier drives in Europe. Next to that ensuring sourced vendors are compliant with local law and UPS Rules and Policies. I have a strong customer focus and drive for excellence in my work through building winning teams and encourage collaboration across the wider organization. As a result, much of my attention goes out to continuous improvement and change management.
