Currently serving as a Financial Administrator at Stedelink, I navigate a dynamic landscape of invoices, spanning service costs, credit, and debit transactions. My role involves meticulously investigating and resolving discrepancies in invoices, ensuring a robust and accurate financial foundation. I actively engage with our partners and colleagues, fostering open communication to address outstanding or faulty invoices and rectify any issues promptly. Handling a substantial volume of up to 200 invoices daily, I bring efficiency and precision to the invoice processing workflow, driving operational excellence. Leveraging tools like Kofax, I conduct thorough checks and seamlessly input invoices into our system, optimizing the data entry process. Collaboration extends to working with DMS and Wocas for invoice verification and booking, maintaining a meticulous approach to financial record-keeping. Additionally, I utilize Vnext to scrutinize the back-end of financials and systems, contributing to a comprehensive and real-time financial overview. In my current role, I continue to refine my skills in financial administration, process optimization, and proactive communication.
As a strategic and seed funding professional, I've dedicated over 6 years to providing crucial support to promising blockchain start-ups. I am actively working towards accreditation as an Angel Investor, with a strong focus on infrastructure and layer 1 projects. As a dedicated volunteer at the rehabilitation clinic, I commit one day per week to supporting patients on their journey to recovery. My role involves assisting individuals in regaining muscle control, cognitive strength, and coordination through engaging interactive games and exercises. In addition to the physical aspects of rehabilitation, I understand the importance of providing a warm and supportive environment. Many patients crave social attention to combat loneliness, and I take pride in offering companionship and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation process. Contributing to the well-being of individuals on their path to recovery has been a rewarding experience, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those undergoing rehabilitation.
