- Leading ER strategy across EMEA, advising leaders on complex employee matters and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees navigating sensitive situations. - Managing high-priority cases, including investigations, performance escalations, organizational changes, and sensitive interpersonal conflicts. - Coaching leaders to strengthen decision-making, build high-performing teams, and apply ER frameworks in a consistent, and human-centered manner (in line with Netflix' culture). - Partnering with cross-functional partners to drive aligned, scalable, and culturally consistent people practices. - Using data insights to identify ER trends, inform prevention strategies, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
Expansion of scope
- Part of newly formed Employee relations and Performance management team - Advised Engineering and Product leadership across 12 global hubs on complex ER topics, performance management, and organizational health. - Conducted and led sensitive workplace investigations, ensuring integrity, objectivity, and clear resolution planning. - Analyzed ER, engagement, and performance data to identify risks, drive insights, and inform strategic interventions. - Coached managers and leaders on handling underperformance, conflict, and team dynamics. - Partnered with leaders on change initiatives impacting organizational structure and roles.
- Organisation and execution of the Performance cycle in Engineering department - Led workforce planning (from HRBPs side) and organizational design reviews to optimize team effectiveness. - Developed diversity insights and contributed to DEI strategy within Engineering. - Strengthened underperformance case management through coaching, frameworks, and data-driven interventions. - Enhanced exit insights
Business Partnering: - Partnered with the CTO and Tech leadership to design hiring strategy for global tech roles. - Led a team of 4 recruiters, defining priorities, establishing best practices, and mentoring the team - Using data insights to influence stakeholders and improve hiring processes Team Lead • Leading a team of 4 recruiters in terms of processes, best practices, and support • Translating the talent acquisition (TA) strategy into clear delivery goals for the team • Track and report on relevant recruitment KPIs Talent Acquisition • Executing the recruitment of senior positions
