About

Technology industry executive with proven success in building and growing high functioning, world-class teams. I built my career on being a solution oriented, trusted advisor to high growth technology companies. Post EY - Manage the finance and controllership function for a multi billion dollar technology company with global operations. Experience includes leading the finance and accounting functions through M&A divestitures, complex revenue transactions, revenue forecasting, debt/equity, tax, and financial reporting. I also oversee the revenue operations function, including the transition to a subscription model, contract terms and conditions, and deals desk diligence. During my years at EY - I have helped my clients successfully complete public offerings (domestic and foreign), acquisitions, private placements and accounting policy implementations and adoptions. I am very proud to have worked with clients from their early rounds of funding through to the point of international expansion and multi-billion-dollar revenue performance. Not your typical audit executive solely focused on executing audits – I am an excellent relationship manager working closely with both finance and non-finance personnel, providing advice, guidance and knowledge-sharing within my organization and to clients. I have served high growth companies in the Bay Area for over 15 years. I have built my career on being a solution oriented, trusted advisor to technology companies from early rounds of funding through Fortune 500 status. Having worked with Fortune 500 companies and having led technology company IPOs, I bring passionate expertise to early stage companies, helping them transition from a private company mindset to public company cadence. From revenue recognition to 409a valuations and from growing control environments to world class SOX compliance, I am not afraid to dive into the trenches and navigate the way to a successful outcome. I know getting the accounting and finance side of the house in order is a challenge, but also know that uncharted waters are an opportunity to build a solid foundation.
