- Innovated a streamlined marketing funnel with a unique pricing structure, from idea to creation, that has grown MRR by ~3% within the first two months since launch. - Created a compelling percent-based offering around the funnel mentioned above and have signed 70+ YouTube partners within the first four months since launch, with a combined total of 80M+ subscribers. - Spearheaded the partnerships program from scratch leading to an additional $2M ARR within the first six months since launch. vidIQ (vidiq.com) is a SaaS-based online education platform that offers video analytics, data, and artificial intelligence tools for over 20 million creators, with notable investments from Mark Cuban, Scott Banister, Chris Sacca, and others.
- Contracted by top ranked NFL agency to build a merchandise line for 'The Return' of Cam Akers from the Los Angeles Rams, two weeks prior to Super Bowl LVI. - Built the website via Shopify, sourced the merchandise, and outsourced fulfillment while Cam Akers promoted the merchandise line across his Instagram/Twitter to an audience of 250K+. - Launched a geo-targeted Google AdWords campaign in order to increase website traffic and discoverability.
- Co-founded B2C men’s skincare startup from idea to creation (in college) and partnered with a YouTuber with 3M+ subscribers, Jesse James West, in order to market product and create an engaged audience. - Established the LLC, registered required licenses, sourced products, worked on supply chain, and facilitated fulfillment center. - Post-launch worked on global supply chain, financials, product development, and managed our e-commerce presence and website integration to ensure a smooth experience for customers through Shopify and a team of developers. - Innovated a percent-based influencer marketing strategy with over 50+ fitness influencers along with 10+ Big Ten NCAA athletes. - Generated over six-figures in sales within first seven months and have since exited the partnership.
