My experience and approach are based on: • An international career within major industry leaders: Rhodia, Dow, Trinseo, BASF, and Ahlstrom. • The ability to unite individuals from all backgrounds and professional sectors, while making science accessible and breaking down silos within companies, with institutional and industrial partners. • Broad knowledge of key markets: automotive, paints and coatings, paper coating, adhesives, construction materials, packaging, filtration, E&E (Electronics and Electrical), consumer goods, medical. • A good understanding of clients’ needs, translating them into sustainable and innovative solutions. • Extensive and multicultural knowledge of all aspects of R&D and innovation (corporate management, matrix organization, CSR, department management, digitalization, production, investments, product management, and intellectual property) for successful commercialization. Engineer graduated from Chemistry Engineer School of Mulhouse , PhD at Lyon University with Rhodia, I began my professional career in Germany. At Dow Chemical, Trinseo, and then BASF, I developed an accessible, impactful, and sustainable approach to innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset. Highly interested in sustainable development, I later moved to BASF in the field of high-strength specialty plastics. In 2022, I took on the role of VP Group Innovation at Ahlstrom, the world’s leading manufacturer of specialty papers. Under Bain Capital's leadership, I led the transformation of innovation, making it a pillar of the company’s growth through the lens of profitable and societal sustainability.
