• Working on onshore/ offshore model for IT infrastructure projects. • Experience on Delivery / Project Management for IT Infrastructure engagements. • Hands on experience in IT Project transitions. • Strong experience in Sun Solaris and Red Hat Linux administration as well as sysadmin knowledge on AIX , VMWare and AWS • In-depth knowledge of Linux OS architecture, kernel and OS Upgrades. • Strong experience in Incident and Problem Management process including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with various hardware and software vendors. • Team management and workload management within the team. • Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with deftness in training and supporting end users as well as developing technical staff to achieve performance objectives. • Experience in IT infrastructure support that includes Operations, Project and Issues management. Managing of day to day issues and escalation from various teams.
