Position L'Oréal as the N°1 Beauty Tech company worldwide: - Define the Beauty Tech storytelling and its implications for each stakeholder - executives, employees, investors, partners - Transform the story into media: executives' presentations, press conferences, social media, and trade fairs (VivaTech, WebSummit) - Set up Position Papers with key messages to broadcast externally (Data, IA, Metaverse, ...) - Shape the L'Oréal Beauty Tech visual universe (iconography and graphic charter) - Benchmark, readings, social listening, to capture weak signals Inspire L'Oréal communities with Tech to explore new frontiers - Organize Tech Talks with worldwide external partners - Lead the monthly Tech Intelligence newsletter - 6 articles with external Tech news decoded, highlighting business potentials for L'Oréal Ensure engagement of the internal communities around the Beauty Tech strategy - Consolidation and rationalization of internal communications - Advise Tech and Digital teams on their strategy and co-create content
