With more than 15 years of experience in leadership, programme management and organisational development, I have worked extensively in regulated and public sector environments, where governance, documentation, stakeholder management and delivery certainty are key. I typically operate as project or programme lead, responsible for structuring the work, coordinating specialists, ensuring quality and maintaining momentum from day one. I specialise in leading analytical and assessment-based engagements, including operating model reviews, efficiency analyses and digital and AI-related opportunity assessments. My focus is not on technology for its own sake, but on ensuring that analyses are grounded in organisational reality and result in realistic, prioritised recommendations that can be acted upon. I work closely with both subject-matter specialists and client leadership, acting as the central point of coordination and accountability.
