After 20 years of working in advertising as an art director I decided to try client side. I am now a Senior Designer at Liberty Mutual where I lead internal creative development and design to create campaigns that drive employee engagement and retention. I also work closely with Havas, our new AOR to develop brand guidelines to roll out our new campaign with internal and external partners.
