With over 25 years in the banking industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up, starting as an SBA processor and working through roles in commercial processing, credit analysis, commercial lending, credit administration, and risk management. This foundation gave me a deep appreciation for every layer of the credit process and shaped my approach to leadership today. I lead a team focused on high-quality underwriting, portfolio management, and risk mitigation. This allows me to strengthen collaboration between credit and lending teams, enhance efficiency, and mentor analysts to think critically and strategically. Today, I serve as Chief Credit Officer, where I oversee credit policy, risk governance, and portfolio strategy across commercial, retail, and mortgage segments. I’m passionate about building strong, sustainable credit cultures that support both growth and long-term stability. Whether setting institution-wide credit guidelines or working with my teams through complex credit decisions, I lead with integrity, clarity, consistency and a commitment to providing a quick decision and positive customer experience.
