Strong program and project management professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Executive MBA Program from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
At present, Tina serves as the Senior Vice President, IND Enabling and is in charge of the IND Enabling Services and Program Management. Her team of professional program managers is to assist our partners in planning for IND application and ensuring flawless execution at Pharmaron. Prior to this new role, Tina was the General Manager at the Preclinical Services Laboratory of Pharmaron, the 1st western quality preclinical CRO in China. Under Tina’s leadership, this lab had been serving clients to meet their global filing needs successfully and is widely recognized as the leading preclinical service provider in China.
After the merger between Phamaron and Bridge BJ Facility, Tina continued to head the operation of the facility. Tina was promoted to the position of General Manager (from Senior Vice President of Operation, Preclinical Services) in 12/2010.
Beijing GLP lab of Bridge Laboratories successfully passed US FDA inspection under Tina’s leadership, and became one of the 1st GLP lab in China whose data was accepted globally including by US FDA.
