· Primary Dispatcher for start-up team. · Backup Dispatcher for other areas such as Orange County, Los Angeles and Refrigeration teams. · Weekly dispatch meetings. · Review Dashboard on a daily basis for f/u labor, parts, tech orders, customer approvals, part review, purchasing and need bid status. · Schedule team on a daily basis for the following day. · Work closely with project managers for tenant improvement and construction departments on all current and upcoming start-up projects for HVAC equipment. · Create new work orders as needed.
· Primary Dispatcher for Las Vegas and Reno · Backup Dispatcher for Sacramento, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Fernando Valley, San Diego, East Los Angeles and West Los Angeles. · Weekly Open Ticket Meetings · Review Dashboard on a daily basis for f/u labor, parts, tech orders, customer approvals, part review, purchasing and need bid status. · Enter daily on-call in Dynamics system. · Create new work orders as needed.
