At UCB, sustainability is about ensuring the creation of value for patients living with severe diseases, now and in the future, while also contributing to a society where a population of 8 billion people and more should be able to live a healthy and good life within the limited resources of one planet. Next to my job as an International Clinical Project Manager (IDE, PMA, post-market studies) on class III medical devices, I was also leading a Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement project (applied to clinical operations) and managing the vendors/CROs. Representing the EMEA region in the strategy and operational excellence project to build a best in class global clinical organization.
