Motivated team player and coach with strong social skills, a sense of organisation and a great sense of responsibility wants to put his knowledge and skills into practice in a good team spirit and further develop them both within Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen and to the outside world. I believe in "The Speed of Trust" (Stephen M.R. Covey, 2006) to be able to evolve "From good to great" (Jim Collins, 2010) through scrum. "Leading professionals? Don't!" (Mathieu Weggeman, 2008). I believe that professionals do the right things, and assume that they do the right things right. I want to coach them to find out how they know this and to check together whether others think so too, in order to finally put the acquired knowledge and skills into practice. "My manager is a hero" (Jef Staes, 2009) and "My organisation is a jungle" (Jef Staes, 2007) and so we become "Successful together - 10 keys for collaborative leadership" (Aini-Kristiina Jäppinen, 2015). Right now, I'm fully dedicated to genAI—AI agents, agentic AI, and vibe coding.

Doenkers aims to increase the self-reliance of children and young adults living in poverty and to strengthen their local communities. Doenkers does this by investing in access to quality education for the young person and stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship in the community. To achieve this, Doenkers focuses on 4 themes: 1. Access to quality education: On the one hand, ensuring the physical presence of a school in the neighbourhood of the young person and/or Removing the thresholds that prevent young people from attending school (e.g. school fees, uniforms, meals). On the other hand, focus on the professionalisation of teachers. 2. An actively involved community: Doenkers supports the local initiators in taking their own responsibility with regard to the projects originating from their community. They have a key role to play in finding sustainable solutions. 3. Equality The young person is central. Doenkers works on the basis of the vision that every young person in his or her life situation is unique and has a lot of potential. She starts from the personal situation, with permanent respect for individuality, freedom and privacy, regardless of gender, origin, financial situation, religion or sexual preference. 4. Sustainability The starting point for each of our projects is that they can be continued in a reasonable period of time without external support. Doenkers stimulates the creativity, self-management and entrepreneurship of the local community.
