Since its inception I have hosted hundreds of events designed to catalyze meaningful change and connection in the lives of our members.
Our mission is to supply front line workers with life-saving PPE and help local communities craft simple, fast, and inexpensive emergency equipment that can be rapidly introduced to ventilator supply capacity. To date, we've fabricated thousands of ventilation splitters and provided ten of thousands of pieces of PPE for hospital workers.
I offer consulting services and localized expertise to investors looking to invest in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I targeted desirable distressed properties, negotiate favorable terms for the new acquisitions, redesign each property to maximize rental income and oversee their subsequent rehabilitation. Of the buildings completed every rental unit has exceeded local market rates and most were leased to the first prospective tenant who saw them. Projects ranged from the design and financial analysis of the acquisition and re-conceptualization of a 160,000sf development to the transfer of a real estate inheritance from the Europe to the United States. Each construction budget was completed within 5% of goal with the bulk of the change orders being optional upgrades to the original design.
As the head of Blesso Properties I balanced high design with thoughtful planning in the New York City and Central American real estate development projects. Specializing in residential and Hospitality sectors, my commercial and residential projects combined innovative architectural forms with a sensitivity to history and the urban environment and resulted in award winning projects which translated into exceptional returns for investors.
