I am a dedicated Capacity Specialist and a proud 15-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a passion for leadership, logistics, and mission-driven results. During my time in the Marines, I served as a Marine artilleryman and Battery Gunnery Sergeant, specializing in cannon and rocket fires while managing critical logistics operations, including coordinating ammunition, food, and medical supplies and overseeing transportation for weapons and troops. I later became an instructor and curriculum developer at the artillery schoolhouse, where I trained future leaders and enhanced programs that improved operational performance. Now in the civilian sector, I apply my military-honed skills in leadership, attention to detail, and operational planning to strengthen logistics and capacity management at LTB Logistics. I thrive in any role, regardless of prior experience, and focus on creating environments where teams can lead, learn, and succeed. Guided by the core values of honor, courage, and commitment and a personal philosophy that “it costs nothing to be a good dude,” I approach every mission with focus, accountability, and resilience. My goal is to help my team and organization thrive by improving efficiency, driving growth, and ensuring we exceed expectations.
