• Represented Missouri homeowners in unlawful detainer actions brought against them by foreclosing entities, and brought wrongful foreclosure actions on their behalf against the foreclosing entities. • First chaired over a dozen bench trials in unlawful detainer actions. • Made daily court appearances in unlawful detainer, wrongful foreclosure and credit card cases across the state of Missouri from Saint Louis to Greene County, to Kansas City. • Pioneered the legal theory that demand for possession is required prior to initiating an unlawful detainer action under RSMo 534.030 and RSMo 534.050 culminating in precedent setting victories in The Bank of New York Mellon v. Tracy Roberts, 11SL-AC39494-01 and Wells Fargo Bank vs. Chadwick Meyer, 1211-AC01698 on the demand issue. • Handled a caseload of over 100 open cases at any particular time, spanning multiple counties.
Conducted legal research focusing on the areas of the Federal Employer Liability Act as well as all aspects of Plaintiff's law, including Medical Malpractice and Products Liability Litigation. Second Chaired a Federal Employer Liability Act trial. Drafted memorandums of law, motions, petitions and other legal documents
Conducted legal and policy research relevant to the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Monitored administrative activity for federal regulations pertinent to Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Founding contributor to the Paul G. Rogers Memorial Scholars Blog.
