- Led team building exercises and outdoor pursuits, including high ropes, hikes, survival skills and water activities, for young people (age 16-17) on the National Citizen Service (NCS) scheme. - Assisted clients to allow them to achieve their goals in each activity. Led daytime activities and evening campfire sessions in a fun, supportive and safe manner to encourage clients’ social development and team building. - Delivered safety briefings and ensured activities were completed in the allotted time. Took responsibility for campsite checks. - Participated in domestic duties throughout 10 week camp periods and supported less experienced leaders.
