Tim Cox is a Chicago-based comedian, producer and emcee. Quick-witted and clever, Tim shares a uniquely smart perspective with impeccably timed jokes. Aside from performing, Tim produces and emcees one of Chicago's most exclusive comedy showcases, Laughs 'n Drafts, at The University Club of Chicago. In addition to his solo work with Eleven Productions, Tim co-founded and co-produced one of Chicago’s most popular weekly shows, Verified Laughs. Each week, at Chicago’s Laugh Factory, rising stars in Chicago’s comedy scene compete in a social media-based standup comedy competition. Though, he’s no longer working with the Verified team, he encourages you to check out a show! During the pandemic, Tim made a successful transition into Zoom comedy. From fertility clinics to dating websites, Tim adapted to the circumstances and kept people laughing from the comfort of their home offices. Drop a line if you need a humorous distraction for you staff or clientele. Outside of comedy, Tim enjoys working to help area non-profits on behalf of the Leo and Peggy Pierce Family Foundation.
