Timothy provides professional leadership and day-to-day management of Control Risks’ consulting and operations business across the West Africa region. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the regional strategy supporting business goals and leads on client engagement and business development. Key responsibilities include: Practice leadership and team management- Leading, developing and coaching a high-performing practice team; Commercial management; Responsibility for financial control of practice, including budgeting. Client engagement and project delivery- Fostering thriving client relationships across sectors and geographies; Implementing dynamic account management and support; Delivering on complex projects. Business development- Leading on the development and growth of the practice; Implementing competitive region-wide business strategies. Major project locations: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Cote D'Ivoire, Chad, EG, Gabon, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone.
