CASE Portfolio Controlling and Development: CASE stands for the strategic pillars of Connectivity, Autonomous driving, flexible use (Shared) and Electric drive systems which will be systematically advanced and intelligently combined. Reporting directly to the CASE CFO, the CASE Portfolio Management department is responsible for the strategic controlling of participations and business activities within the CASE portfolio as well as also new ventures and external acquisitions. Tasks include: - Developing and challenging business models for new ventures. - Defining KPIs for management incentives and for the staged funding/investment process. - Evaluating external investment opportunities and managing co-operations with financing partners (e.g. venture capital firms). - The operational set-up of new legal entities and their integration into the Daimler Corporation.
