Accountable for all programme and services for the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 and 7000 engine types across the Middle East and Africa region. This includes responsibility for full fleet availability, flawless entry into service and definition and resolution of complex customer issues. Operating in a shared-service model, the Services Manager integrates Service Line and Engine Team deliverables from a matrix of global resources and stakeholders through a managed team of customer centric representatives to excel above our customer commitments and expectations
Responsible for the account management for a range of key aerospace customer in the Middle East and Africa region. Representing the key role in defining and implementing the customer management strategy, managing customer relationships and services delivery as well as identifying and nurturing organic sales growth. Maintaining a detailed understanding of the customer's viewpoints, acting as the customer voice in internal discussions and articulating their strategies and processes with the assistance of direct line reports based remotely on the customer’s sites, assigned office-based support team and a global network of resources and subcontractors
Heading up the UK operation’s tendering, estimating and pre-contract commercial functions turning around a significant volume of tender submissions into the Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Petrochem, Conventional Energy and Renewables markets to major public and private sector client. Playing a key role in reshaping the departmental strategies and processes to align with the evolving corporate goals.
Bid management position concentrating on Nuvia's business interests in the south of the UK as well as internationally. This includes control of the full lifecycle of bid activities from customer liaison to tender negotiation and contract implementation. Tenders produced range across the Nuclear spectrum from the provisions of service frameworks and specific tasks to large scale design and engineering projects in addition to EPC opportunities requiring detailed subcontractor selection and management. As part of all tendering activities the role requires the selection, retention and appropriate management of varying, multi-disciplinary teams located across the UK and elsewhere.
Lead bid manager reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager. Independent responsibilities for the handling of full tender lifecycle activities for multi million pound design and build opportunities. Role covers key account management, pre-qualification, bid team and key subcontractor/partner selection and management, strategy definition in conjunction with key stakeholders, customer facing bid presentations and the creation and implementation of post award continuous improvement projects.
