My first lessons in leadership came at 18 — halfway around the world, in a football locker room. Football took me across Europe and South America. Curiosity took me further — 49 countries, seven lived in, and ventures spanning more than 35. My experience extends beyond pro sport — into global brands, data and technology platforms, rights holders, startups, scale-ups, boardrooms, and capital partnerships across multiple markets. Sport gave me everything — discipline, opportunity, perspective. I believe those who’ve benefited from it carry a responsibility to strengthen it: Build structures that outlast individuals. Connect stakeholders who should be aligned. Help the ecosystem perform as a system — not as isolated parts. If you’re a founder, operator, capital partner, or club leader who believes sport deserves better infrastructure and stronger alignment, we’ll likely have something meaningful to discuss.
F11 is scaling the performance operating system football has never had. We connect the people, processes, and systems behind the game — helping organizations retain what they build and progress at every level. F11 serves grassroots clubs, US college programs, professional clubs, and national federations. Today, we are onboarding a global pipeline across 11 countries, working with 8 multi-club ownership groups, 50+ professional clubs and colleges, and supporting 75,000+ grassroots players. As one EFL Head of Recruitment put it: “Never in my life did I think there would be software so intuitive to football.” Our mission is clear: Raise standards across the game by strengthening the structures behind it — so talent is supported, decisions stay aligned, and performance compounds over time.
