Technical Service & Development for resin producers (Western Europe & Eastern Europe), converters & compounders (Eastern Europe, Italy, Spain, and Portugal), and brand owners. - Additives used in polypropylene (clarifiers and nucleators) and polyethylene (nucleators). - Reactive extrusion in virgin and recycled polyolefins (visbreaking, crosslinking, impact enhancement), and PVC (blowing agents). - Conduct trials: injection molding, thermoforming, film extrusion, and blow molding.
Coordination of new product development projects with multidisciplinary teams. Establishing technical agenda with customers to understand their unmet needs and translate it to new products/projects. Responsible for the injection molding and films & sheets portfolio. Technical support for Market Development and Technical Service. Focal point to the development of "Green PE" products. Technical & economical feasibility study for new products. Benchmarking evaluation, portfolio optimization, and road map building/updating.
Key User of Innovation & Technology Center and Quality Control laboratories. Unification of methods and procedures for Quality Control Laboratories (polyolefins BU). Management of changes resulting from this implementation process.
Responsible for Polymer Fractionation laboratories. Developed methods for fractionation of polymers by molecular weight and chemical composition. Budget and investments.
