Before Entrix: Head of Strategy & BizOps at gridX (E.ON-backed home energy scale-up), Chief of Staff at KONUX, and four years at Siemens across rail IoT strategy, M&A, and management consulting. Currently focused on Entrix’s European expansion and the operational infrastructure behind it.
Running Entrix's operations department, accountable for portfolio management, technical onboarding, energy market compliance, energy finance, and 24/7 live operations across Germany, Poland, Italy, and Iberia. Building the operational backbone for Europe's leading BESS optimizer.
Led a cross-functional team of 6 FTE across Corporate & GTM strategy, M&A, Cross-Functional Program Management, BI, Investor Relations, and Company-wide Communications, reporting directly to the Managing Directors. Key achievements: - Established and scaled core BizOps functions (BI, OKRs, Exec Reporting, Program Management) - Enabled >100% revenue growth by owning company-wide execution — OKRs, strategic planning, and cross-functional program management - Built the company-wide OKR system and led strategic planning cycles end-to-end - Led M&A readiness and board-level communication directly with Managing Directors - Drove organizational design and process improvements across multiple departments - Hired and developed a high-performing team with diverse backgrounds and ownership mindset
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, owned the strategic project portfolio across product, commercial, and operations — from product roadmap alignment to commercial scale-up. Operated as an extension of the CEO in cross-functional decision-making and partner management.
