Senior Business Analyst @ Capgemini - System integration of PTCs ALM Tool Codebeamer

Munich, Bavaria, Germany

About

What started as a passion for automobiles and hands-on engineering evolved into a deep interest in systems engineering. Before long, I led a project for transitioning a customers department from IBM DOORS to PTC Codebeamer. Beyond major data migration, this role challenged me to establish scalable, tool-based development processes, align stakeholder needs, and represent the department across the organization. After gaining valuable project management experience, I was eager to focus on my technical competence and now specialize in: ✅ Designing and implementing tool customizations & extensions to enhance usability, performance, maintainability, and compliance. ✅ Conceptualizing and implementing automated data migration toolchains to streamline system transitions. I’m a problem solver thriving at the intersection of engineering, software, and process optimization - helping organizations build efficient, scalable, future-ready solutions while eagerly learning along the way!
