As CIO of the Fiege Group, I lead the digital transformation of one of Europe's leading contract logistics providers - turning IT from a supporting function into a strategic driver of growth, customer value, and operational excellence. Over the past 20+ years across automotive, finance, and consulting, I have delivered award-winning, customer-oriented products from idea to prototype to global rollout, built and led high-performing international teams, and repositioned organizations to meet the demands of a rapidly changing technology landscape. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: shaping resilient enterprise architectures, scaling agile product organizations, aligning IT and business around shared outcomes, and driving change through transformation, M&A, and venture investments. I am equally at home in the boardroom and close to the code - and I believe great technology leadership is measured by the impact it creates for customers, teams, and the wider organization.
