Responsible for the data science team within the Profiler business, with three major missions: 1) customer support and training (genomics data analysis, statistics, software usage); 2) data science projects & consulting (applied bioinformatics, experimental design, result interpretation); 3) participation in private – public collaborative projects (data management & analysis work packages; cross-platform integration; quality control)
Conceptualisation, establishment, and operation of an on-site Research IT service unit for a pharmaceutical customer, delivering infrastructure, software development, and data analysis services.
Responsible for five teams: 1. molecular modeling and cheminformatics; 2. bioinformatics; 3. research information systems; 4. non-standard lab IT; 5. general lab equipment & vendor management. Participation in drug discovery & research projects in oncology and inflammatory diseases. Data analysis and consulting in projects applying genomics technologies (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics), e.g. mode-of-action studies, target discovery screens, biomarker development.
