I have a versatile and long-term background in leading of entities, in people management and sales. I discover and analyze the present situation and prepare the strategy and action plans together with people. I believe in leadership with continuous communication and in inspiring the people. I am familiar with working with different kinds of people and I succeed well in people management. For me it is natural to work together with the whole business network, also internationally. In addition to leading and management, I have worked in sales, marketing and development positions. I have also worked as a Senior Mentor in Executive MBA –programs at Turku School of Economics. Opteam was an expert in the evolving field of employment. Opteam's services included recruitment, temporary staffing, personnel development, outplacement and vocational rehabilitation.
I was responsible for key customers and finding new ones. THTT is offering a wide variety of high quality products and services for stores, warehouses, logistics and industrial applications.
