Fractional engagement through TWC Ltd, embedded with the Service Physics leadership team. I lead the talent and marketing functions: recruiting and onboarding for the consultant team, content strategy and production cadence, conference and event operations, and the systems and tooling that keep both functions running. Increased HC by +105% in 7 months
Built and led EMEA recruiting from the ground up across UK, Ireland, and continental Europe. Established the function's hiring playbook, ATS workflows, and sourcing operations during the company's international expansion. Role concluded as part of a company-wide reduction in March 2024.
Strategically relocated to London to facilitate WeWork’s ongoing expansion, introducing best practices to optimize the EMEA recruitment team’s effectiveness. Recruited and hired 70+ Product Designers Built engineer leadership teams for Revenue Operations and WeWork Labs organisations (Heads of Engineering, Product and Design) Pioneered the technical recruitment function as the first hire under a new team at WeWork, spearheading the growth of engineering teams nationwide. Successfully developed and implemented strategic hiring initiatives, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our technical capabilities across the United States.
