Over 15 years of sales and management experience and in a retail sales setting along with 3 years of coaching ice hockey has helped me understand what it takes to be successful in sales, to develop the necessary communication skills to be the most effective sales person. In my area of sales, which I would broadly term as integrated communications and entertainment, you must be actively aware of changes or advancements. Wireless sales often change relative to new or existing telecommunication law, news of a newer release and advances in technology. Through many years developed enough experience to be able to have the answer to absolutely any question; and the confidence to close the sale. I believe, my lengthy work history with postpaid/prepaid mobile phones and other related products, makes me a suitable candidate for just about any type of competitive and team based industry.
Recovered from a serious illness and returned to AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant in Monterey, CA on December 14th 2018. After 1 year of high level performance, I was able to earn a promotion. On December 16th 2019 I was promoted to Assistant Manager of a San Jose, CA store. Within 5 months I earned an opportunity to be part of a pilot program called FirstNet Specialists. Im so proud to be able to assist all first responders in accessing AT&T's FirstNet, the nation's only First Responder mobile phone service giving our first responders priority access to our network 24/7 and exclusive access to the emergency services only network provided by the Unites States which began after 9/11.
AT&T has been such a great company to me. Since accepting the offer as Retail Sales Consultant, I've continued to grow my abilities in the world of mobile. However, I've also expanded my knowledge of integrated home service's such as Internet, Television, and Smart home. Through hard work and dedication, I've been granted extra responsibilities as our store's Business Subject Matter Expert and Samsung Pro. Unfortunately I had to quit due to a serious illness.
Originally I worked in the Connections department, which requires so much more than just being a mobile carrier and smartphone expert. From home automation, security to the convenience and the ability to monitor multiple locations all from a single access point to saving money on your utilities bill. Network solutions for consumers and businesses, from ISP comparisons to the equipment necessary to support as many or as few network devices (computers, tablets, smartphones etc) I love the challenge of expanding my knowledge and pushing it to the limit! Currently I recieved a leadership role as the Verizon Wireless Expert Im responsible for handling all activations and upgrades, customer service, inventory, contract management, assisting team members who need support, and following planogram.
