Led the development of an employee listening strategy, including enhanced onboarding and exit processes and implementation of the first-ever engagement survey, resulting in an 82% inclusion score and 78% engagement score. Quarterly engagement with Executive Compensation & Talent Development and Sustainability, Safety & Public Policy Committees of the Board of Directors.
