▪ Designed and implemented marketing strategy that increased district enrollment 9.8% in 18 months ▪ Developed and implemented 2 successful millage communication campaigns: - May, 2012 bond proposal - $7.29 million over 12 years (passed 58%) - November, 2012 operating millage renewal - $3.2 million annually for 20 years (passed 59%) ▪ Designed and implemented “Graduating Leaders” advertising campaign highlighting past graduates ▪ Developed and implemented district branding strategy, including logo design and usage standards ▪ Oversaw all design and production of district advertising and marketing materials ▪ Developed and implemented new district social media marketing strategy ▪ Established key partnerships with realtors, businesses, universities, school districts, & organizations ▪ Served on team that designed and implemented 3 new district initiatives: Gull Lake Virtual School, Gull Lake Homeschool Partnership, and Gull Lake Gateway Academy ▪ Designed and implemented a district-wide unified strength & conditioning program for all athletes
