That means leading service reviews that turn metrics into business decisions, driving escalations to done, and guiding clients through infrastructure and security calls across HaloPSA, Proofpoint (TAP/TRAP), Splunk, Azure/M365, hybrid Entra ID, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks.
