Manage the receiving and shipping process to include orders for e-commerce, LTL and Transfers Prioritizing All Customer Orders. Supervise approximately 45 associates. Lead performance huddles reviewing previous days performance and setting daily expectations. Ensure production standards are met through accountability and performance feedback. Ensure quality standards are met. Ensure daily orders are 100% complete on all daily deliveries. Develop and implement process improvements and streamline procedures. Lead all distribution activities to new performance levels. Review production reports daily and plan correctives. Monitor inventory levels. Ensure all OSHA rules and regulations are adhered to.
