Areas of expertise: - Mortgage Origination; including Portals, Back Office and Thinking Office - Mortgage Servicing (LSS) - Third party gateway testing; Equifax QCB data Role Responsibilities: Full implementation of an IT system with DPR Consulting; definition through to 'go-live'. - Understanding internal and external customer needs. - Defining business requirements. - Supporting Business Analysts. - Aiding definition of the solution. - Process mapping journeys. - Working with business owners and business users to understand development areas and areas of improvement. - Working through and developing definition documents under change control. - Analysing documentation in order to build test plans - Identifying test scenarios, conditions, components and producing test scripts. - Using test scripts in order to satisfy each level of testing environments; EVT, UAT, BST and Production. - Record and maintain test results using a traceability matrix. - Reviewing, communicating results and recommending testing priorities with the business. - Raising bugs/ defects and RFCs through issue tracking software. - Supporting Business through transition into a live environment. - Maintaining defect and change management through issue tracking software and triaging calls through internal help desk. - Overseeing, testing and implementing regulatory changes such as EU MCD. - Building, releasing and withdrawing products. - Writing, testing and maintaining underwriting rules. - Developing and maintaining an affordability model.
