Tim is part of Acquest Development's Commercial Real Estate Development team headquartered in Williamsville, New York. He is a native of New York and is well-versed in a variety of markets across the East Coast. As a Director of Development, Tim has been successful in bringing more than 500 acres through annexation, rezoning, municipal site plan approval, environmental approvals and/or permitting for more than 10,000,000 square feet of industrial, retail, energy, office and multifamily space. He is passionate about working with people and has found success in leading teams of Project Managers, Consultants, Architects and Engineering Professionals. Tim also enjoys being a mentor to young professionals and students who are navigating the field of Commercial Real Estate and regularly contributes to local education scholarship funds. Tim co-founded the School of Architecture and Planning Alumni Fund for Study Abroad to provide students at the University at Buffalo access to study abroad programs with direct financial support. With a focus on creative, cost-effective and environmentally-sensitive solutions, Tim uses a hands-on approach in every phase of his projects so you can rest assured that you are receiving the best possible value and output. While real estate is Tim’s primary day-to-day focus, he also loves to play tennis, travel (he’s visited 10 countries and counting!), enjoy the beautiful Upstate New York summers and meet new people. In this role, Tim oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and works closely with the leadership team to execute Acquest’s strategic vision across our national development platform. His focus is on driving operational decisions across all phases of the real estate lifecycle—from site acquisition and due diligence through design, entitlement, construction, and long-term asset management. As COO, Tim provides leadership and alignment across the design, development, construction management, and asset management teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and on budget while maintaining the high standards our partners and clients expect.
