Driving Nexio's North American expansion
As Head of Sales at Nexio Projects, I lead the global sales team. We work closely with our clients, partners, product- and project teams. I am also responsible for our partner ecosystem and sales excellence. 📈 Achieved 143% growth within one year. 👫 Initiated a 50% expansion of the commercial team, with recruitment currently underway to further strengthen our capacity and drive expansion and innovation. 🔨 Led the strategic development and successful implementation of a restructured commercial model, introducing key roles such as BDRs, BDMs, and AMs to enhance efficiency and scalability. ☑️ Successfully established and executed key projects, including sales forecasting, fostering new and existing partnerships, and organizing our first cross-border international events and collaborations.
