With many years dedicated to Learning & OD Consultation and a background in psychology, my mission is to empower teams and enhance organizational effectiveness. This is achieved through expert workshop facilitation and the implementation of multi-level interventions, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and the achievement of substantial business results.
- Responsible for leading the design and delivery of enterprise learning and organization development interventions and leading the design and content build of multiple Learning Modules (scalable, online). - Led the initial consultation, determined an appropriate solution, and implemented that solution in support of projects aligned with strategic and operational goals. - Analyzed complex situations, using consultative skills, available data, and assessments. Identified key organizational issues and applied the appropriate solution to improve performance, supporting continuous improvement, and supporting cultural goals. - Led multi-phase and multi-level interventions which included simultaneous approaches such as organizational design, whole systems change, process consultation, and executive coaching.
- Consults, designs, and implements Organization Development change leadership initiatives and processes. - Emphasis on building core competency development for current and future talent needs of aspiring and incumbent leaders throughout the medical system. - Serve as facilitator in the delivery of key leadership programs, including Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, and Engaging Your Team.

• Facilitated a variety of leadership development courses at the Leadership Center on a weekly basis for leaders across the organization to drive performance improvement and impact business goals in the workplace. • Led the Standards and Certification Committee which maintained the quality of delivery and customer satisfaction standards • Coached new facilitators to assist them in mastering the content and purpose of various workshops. • Achieved an 85% trainer utilization rate along with an average participant satisfaction score of 90% during my tenure at the Leadership Center.
