Working industry professional with numerous experiences in all sorts of entertainment roles, including writing, acting, directing, and most recently production administration. I take great pride in my ability to communicate effectively, over the phone or in email and other writing. In 2011, I interned at a small film studio in LA called 3D Dream Factory. There, I worked to put together a yearly film festival where only 3D films were allowed entrance. My job was organizing the festival, including setting up venues for concerts, communicating with the sales and sponsor representatives from other companies, interviewing potential workers like photographers for the event, and keeping the social media outlets updated. I Throughout the years, I have also written and created my own content, including a short film, Hoppiness, which I also directed, and numerous webseries like PopNerd and Drink N Dragons, the latter of which I also hosted. More recently, I started working for ABC Studios, where I work closely with Production Administration Executives by covering desks, managing content including scripts and other confidential materials, setting up for meetings, and assist in numerous activities around the office.
Assisting medical professionals in the testing, isolating, and care of people experiencing homelessness. Daily administrative duties include regular collating and cataloguing of vaccine distribution data and medical paperwork, monitoring test results, diagnosing patient needs and referring them to an appropriate isolation site, plus supervising and operating the phone center, all within a hybrid work environment. Coordinating the transportation, distribution, and resupply of medical equipment. Oversaw the development and implementation of our outreach program, including training nurses and volunteers on how to professionally provide effective communication.
Daily administrative duties including operation of main hotel drive, delegation of valets’ responsibilities, creation of special parking plans during large events, and regular recording and cataloguing of the business. Coordinated valets with the greeting of arriving and departing guests in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide Standards while ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction. Maintained organization and cleanliness of hotel driveway, plus the storing, cataloguing, and safekeeping of the guests’ luggage and valuables.
Work in the Production Administration Offices with Executives and Coordinators in production and post-production who help oversee and produce ABC Studios' wide slate of popular television programs. Duties include covering desks when Coordinators or Executive assistants are away, answering phones and logging calls, responding to sensitive and timely emails, reading scripts, setting up for meetings, filing and distributing start paperwork, updating calendars restocking supplies, and numerous other office responsibilities. Also will make runs to other offices and studios, completing any tasks or errands that are asked of me. Organize office space and maintain contact lists across the company and outside vendors.
Hosted a weekly trivia show at a local brewery in Upland. Ran the show, graded the quizzes, and awarded prizes. Also worked the sound board and musical playlists. Would walk around the venue and encourage guests and patrons to play. Worked numerous venues around Southern California, including Long Beach, Downtown, Burbank, Hollywood, Anaheim, Santa Monica, and Central Los Angeles.
