I am currently working for Kohler as a Business Development Manager supporting all commercial products west of the Mississippi River in the US. From 2014-2023 I was working for Rada a Kohler owned Company as a Business Development Manager tasked with all aspect of starting up that brand in the US market. Rada is located in Cheltenham, UK and is focused on end use plumbing products for all commercial markets. From 2011-2013 I had the opportunity to work in a new discipline for the first time in my career. I was hired on at Rexnord as a Supply Chain engineer where I worked for 6 months supporting the launch of their flagship product V-Class. I developed and launched several new tracking tools and contributed to cost save efforts resulting in an almost doubling of the margin. I was then promoted to Commodity Manager – Machined components where my ability to think strategically in combination with vast process and product knowledge allowed me to exceed my cost save targets and consolidate the supplier base from 156 to 83. I held this role for 1 year in route to my current position of Commodity Director where my roles and responsibilities increased to include change management, process definition and transformation and total spend management. When I started with Kohler I was the Supervisor of Production engineering where I had 5 direct reports in the salary ranks, 1 foreman and 23 union employees as direct reports. I moved to lead engineer for our value engineering department with an average of 6 million dollars in bottom line savings. This group was tasked with reducing costs while maintaining or improving customer value. I gained experience in purchasing, supplier quality, and international business during my time in this position. I left Kohler as lead engineer in commercial faucets where I was a key driver in the development and growth of the category. In this position I have combined all of my previous skills and experiences and leveraged my abilities to understand and implement detailed information into the big picture. All commercial brass products launched from 2005-2011 were a direct result of my efforts. I maintained constant contact with sales, marketing and our customers to drive innovation that matters to the customer through our product designs. Specialties include: Global business, manufacturing processes, new product development
