Retired 12/30/2023 Pipeline and Coastal Erosion Control is our business. >230% revenue growth 2016 - 2020 Achieved the best year in Company history in 2020. Constructed the largest single project in Company history in 2020. We've added personnel in Engineering and Field Construction Crews to handle our backlog of business as we experience new growth. Even in the face of Covid impacts affecting our business community and Hurricane Ida dealing a devastating blow to our facility headquarters and many of our Louisiana based staff members, we again achieved at a high level in 2021. Our dedicated team finished every project scheduled for construction and with stellar results. Our year end was something we all can be proud of. 2022 was another strong year. We realized a 21% growth in revenue over 2021. EBITDA remained on an upward trend as well. Heavy emphasis on our people, business development and focus on our core markets while providing a premiere workplace environment for all members of Submar. Management oversight for all of the Americas with heavy emphasis on growth of North American operations, reporting directly to the company President, located in Germany. Personal accomplishments included the negotiations/signing of a Global Corporate Purchasing and Sales Partnership Agreement with Exterran and Archrock Partners, LP, the largest US contract gas compression company. Also established Sales Partnerships in the Rocky Mountains, Midwestern and Northeastern USA and Mexico. Motortech is the preferred partner for ignition and gas engine management systems. Focus areas included midstream markets, gas transmission pipeline companies, gas storage facilities, gas compression packagers, biofuel engines and gas engine driven power generation packages.
Increased sales revenue sharply from just over $80M in 2010 to a record number of $162M 3 years later. New global agency partners were added, rewrote the marketing strategy of the business unit, launched a social media platform and built an internal customer data base that was previously absent. Products included Mooring Systems, Marine Winches, Storage Winches and Fairleaders used on decks and AHTS, plus Marine Cranes found on fixed and floating structures such as Offshore Platforms, FPSO's, TLP's, Spars, Jackups, Barges and other marine vessels.
