Working with technology businesses as a non-executive director and advisor to support strategic change, performance improvement and growth. The advice I provide is based on a long career as an experienced and inspirational leader of software businesses, with a track record of producing revenue growth together with profitability, achieving new market entry, and successful turnarounds . In addition I was personally responsible for M&A activity - buying and integrating small and medium-sized software businesses, and I can support and assist with preparation for exit, and managing any sale process. As a non-exec and as an advisor my style is supportive and challenging as I seek to help the operational management in achieving their strategic goals as quickly as possible.
