As the Founder and Managing Director of Certif-ID, I lead a dedicated technical skills platform that utilizes blockchain and AI to bring harmonization, trust, and transparency to the education and recruitment landscape. With a vision to bridge the global skills gap and empower borderless skilled recruitment, I also co-founded and launched TalentSure, a product of Certif-ID that supports companies to source and develop talent in technical professions, such as nursing, logistics, IT, and construction. My core competencies include process improvement, key account management, and strategy implementation. I have a strong understanding of cultural and regional differences and an excellent communication skill. Utilizing blockchain and AI matching technology, TalentSure is changing the way of sourcing international technical talent
Overarching Responsibility for the business unit Training and HR Development (A.02) for the TUV Rheinland Group. Focus on Strategy implementation and digitalization of learning solutions covering 25 countries. The business trains and certifies over 250,000 people across a broad portfolio of digital, blended and traditional learning solutions.
Responsible for global development of the Business Stream Academy & Life Care, covering 17 countries and annual revenues in excess of 32 million Euro. Focus on the strategic development of training and consultancy solutions in line with the digitalisation of the training landscape.
Strategic development and P&L responsibility for BS Academy& Life Care, including TUV Rheinland India’s first M&A project in early 2014. Direct responsibility for a team of 50 and indirectly over 500. Business Steam Academy & Life Care covers a broad range of services including: • Quality and Management Related Training • Manufacturing Best Practice • IT Security and Communication Security • Vocational Training • E-Learning • MBA and Educational Training The portfolio is offered across India and the region.
Develop and Support the growth of Business Stream Systems in the India, Middle East and Africa Region of the TUV Rheinland Group. Responsibility for South Africa, India, Turkey, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bangladesh. Business Stream Systems focuses on ISO related certification, CSR assessments, 2nd Party and customized assessments, covering a huge range of industry sectors and standards.
Support the UAE business as Deputy to the Country GM. Directly responsible for the continued growth and development of the Dubai operation, including P&L, Staff development, market and service expansion.
Develop and promote new services for the Middle East and IMEA region with a focus on Supply Chain Security, International Approvals, System Certification and Inspection Services. Support the growth and management of TUV Rhienland's Dubai operation.
