Mission: The “Fly Washington” Passport Program is an incentive program that encourages pilots and aviation enthusiasts to explore Washington’s public-use airports. Beyond providing a purpose to fly, this program increases economic activity at airports and in the surrounding communities, enhances general aviation visibility, and provides flight planning, safety, and educational opportunities.
