I’m an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record in international recruiting, primarily across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Engineering sectors. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with global leaders like Thermo Fisher Scientific and Novartis, supporting teams across Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Benelux, and Southern Europe. I specialise in both internal and external recruitment, from sourcing hard to find candidates to managing end to be end hiring processes, negotiating offers, and ensuring full compliance. I’ve worked across permanent and contract hiring, using tools such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Textio.
