Transferred to the WA/MT Regional Services team for the ProvConnect (Lawson) implementation project, representing the Senior & Community Services (SCS) Division. Actively participated in the conversion to ProvConnect for 14 facilities in Western Washington. Oversaw extensive systems and process standardization and centralization efforts for all Western WA facilities. Acted as the sole HRIS Analyst in the conversion of five facilities to ADP Payroll/HRIS. Led the HR policy standardization subcommittee of the WA Employee Relations Collaborative group. Responsible for WA/MT Region HR metrics including report design, data collection and analysis, and presentation to regional HR leadership groups. Member of the System Retention Group and WA Region Employer of Choice Committee.
